Ordering and Shipping

Shipping is usually completed within 3 - 10 business days. Our supplier gives short notice of Out-Of-Stock items, item will be shipped when in-house stock is available.

We ship by USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS.  We do not ship any order to P.O. Boxes.

If you paid by Check or Money Order your order Will Not be shipped until payment has cleared our bank.

Acrylic Cases. These must be shipped per size, as combining them seems to cause damage in shipment.

.

Custom Orders can require an additional 1-2 weeks prior to shipping. If there is a problem with delivery of your order within this time,

you will be notified by e-mail.

Cancellation of Custom Orders:  Please note that for any cancellation of a special order (custom orders) with ByMyDesign.net, there will be a 50% cancellation fee applied.

All orders require 2-3 working days processing time before shipment is made. ByMyDesign.net does not process orders during weekends or Holidays.

ByMyDesign.net does not guarantee same day shipping.

Catalog Requests:  In an effort to keep costs down and maintain competitive pricing, we do not currently offer a printed catalog. Please contact us if you have any questions or need additional information regarding any of our products.

For Express shipping costs you will be sent an invoice through PayPal. When this invoice is paid your order will be processed.

Rush Orders: In the event you need a rush order, you may also specify UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air; however, you will be responsible for those shipping charges and, if applicable, any manufacturer rush charges that may incur. The above stated processing time still applies.
